Have You Seen “The Joy of Books?”

Here’s a fun new video: “The Joy of Books” by crazedadman on YouTube, animating the shelving of books at Type Bookstore in Toronto.  In just a day’s time, the video has already racked up over 27,000 views. We found it through GalleyCat, but the attentive YUP-lover will note two of our Icons of America books, Joseph Epstein’s Fred Astaire and Molly Haskell’s Frankly, My Dear, doing… the Waltz? The Charleston? The Watusi?—wait, that’s done alone—somewhere around 1:13…We never thought of Scarlett O’Hara as Ginger Rogers before, but maybe there’s something to the comparison.

We hope you enJOY the dance of books!
